Cancellation and Refunds
The following terms apply if you purchase as a consumer, as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (referred to as the "Regulations"):
· If you have placed an order for products but have not yet received them, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of your order. In such cases, you are not obligated to proceed with the purchase, and we will refund your payment accordingly.
· If you have ordered goods and have already received them, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel.
· These provisions are in place to comply with the regulations aimed at safeguarding consumer rights and ensuring fair and transparent transactions. As part of the cancellation process, it is important to note that you are responsible for returning the goods to us within the same 14-day period. We will initiate the refund process once we receive the goods, subject to the following conditions:
1. The goods must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them at their full price. They should be in new condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
2. You are required to follow our specified procedure for returns and refunds. It is essential for us to identify the sender before we can process any refund.
3. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which may involve deductions for any applicable fees or charges.
We aim to ensure a smooth and efficient refund while adhering to the necessary conditions and procedures. The option to cancel your order is not available:
· If the goods are a digital product, once the server identifies that the product has been downloaded from the server and the permitted download period has expired, which is currently two weeks from the date of purchase (including the day of purchase). There are no limits to the number of download attempts during the permitted download period.
· You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We have no obligation to refund you your cost of re-packing and returning the goods.
Liability for Subsequent Defect
We strive to ensure that our products and services are of the highest quality. However, we cannot guarantee they will be free from defects or errors.
· If a defect or error arises after the purchase, please contact us, and we will try to address the issue within a reasonable time frame.
· The Product must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than two weeks from receipt by you. We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
1. we receive the goods intact and safely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
2. you comply with our return procedure. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
Delivery of Physical Goods
· For products requiring physical delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver them to the address provided during the order process.
· Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days and will provide estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
· The risk of loss and ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information.
· Deliveries will be made by the carrier in accordance with their current terms and conditions of service. Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail and current information about their delivery standards is available from their website. Within the UK, all deliveries should arrive within 10 working days of notification that they have been sent.
